The Story

Cotton Jack’s BBQ Sauce, in the Smooth and the Spicy, is a BBQ Sauce that compliments the meat, by giving you the great flavor of the meat, as well as the superb taste of a Hickory Flavored BBQ Sauce. Cotton Jack’s was developed by Jack Kortsen, a farmer from Stanfield, Arizona about 50 years ago. Jack always complained about the sauces on the market, they were either too much vinegar or too much sugar, or too much mustard -- just too much of what doesn’t taste good together. His saying “Why would someone take a perfectly good piece of meat and put a lousy sauce on it”. Well he put his sauce where his mouth was. When you order Cotton Jack’s BBQ Sauce you’re going to get a sauce that took years to perfect, so that folks, who like a good BBQ Sauce on their meat, could enjoy both, the meat and sauce.
